How to Properly Install an Engine

We highly recommend with first servicing your injectors with an ultrasonic cleaning and purchasing a new set of our injector seals for the build. Other than that, follow the service manual and understand what it requires. Ensure the crank position sensor is aligned with the tool I give you and send me my tool back! Torque bolts correctly, use new gaskets, bleed circuits correctly. I've seen many fails with engine installation such 1) as no pilot bearing installed with the clutch thus destroying the crank, or 2) massive exhaust leaks from cracked manifolds which leans out the engine, or 3) split second wiring poorly done thus melting a piston immediately. Poor work equates to poor performance. Utilize a professional shop if you do not know what you're doing.
